Arsenal were crowned Charity Shield winners after beating Manchester City 3-0 in the match played on Sunday at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

Arsenal ended the first half leading 2-0, with Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori scoring the opening goal just one minute into the match, before his German teammate Kai Havertz added the second in the 28th minute.

Three minutes into the second half, Norwegian player Martin Ødegaard extended the lead with a third goal, securing a significant trophy for his team ahead of the new season.
