GCC Secretary-General Condemns Iranian Attacks on ADNOC Tankers and Commercial Ships in the Strait of Hormuz

The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Al-Budaiwi, expressed his strong condemnation and disapproval on Saturday regarding the continued and repeated Iranian attacks on tankers belonging to the UAE’s ADNOC company and commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz.
In a statement, Al-Budaiwi said that these blatant targeting operations constitute an unacceptable escalation and a serious violation of the security and safety of maritime navigation, emphasizing the need for Iran to immediately cease all its hostile actions that threaten security and stability in the region and the world.
