Zain Kuwait sponsors the BPC TOUR for the fourth consecutive year

Zain Kuwait continued its presence at sports events bringing together Kuwaiti youth abroad, by sponsoring the fifth edition of the annual BPC Padel Tour, held in the Spanish city of Marbella, with strong and distinctive participation from Kuwaiti padel enthusiasts and amateurs.

In a press statement yesterday, the company said the fifth edition of the tournament featured a distinctive competitive atmosphere that reflected the growing popularity of padel among youth in Kuwait and the region. The event concluded with Khalifa Al-Khalifa and Fahad Al-Husayan being crowned champions. Waleed Al-Kheshtai, Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Relations and Institutional Affairs at Zain Kuwait, presented the champions with their trophies in the presence of Mohammed Ahmad Al-Nassar, head of the consular office in Malacca.

The company added that Zain’s sponsorship marks the fourth consecutive year, extending its commitment to supporting sports initiatives that bring youth together and provide spaces for competition and interaction in a positive environment, particularly given the significant growth padel has witnessed in recent years, transforming it into one of the most popular sports among youth in Kuwait and the Gulf countries.

Zain emphasized that the sport offers a platform that transcends the boundaries of competition, playing a role in enhancing closeness and communication between communities, and reinforcing values of teamwork, positive competition, and community belonging. This is embodied by the BPC TOUR, which annually brings together Kuwaiti padel enthusiasts in Marbella.
