Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Major General Khaled Al-Sharhan, conferred the rank of Major Physician specializing in Nuclear Medicine upon an officer, in accordance with the Emir’s decree appointing him as an officer in the Kuwaiti Army.
The Chief of Staff’s office stated in a press release on Thursday that Major General Al-Sharhan congratulated the officer on this occasion, wishing him success and prosperity in performing his duties and responsibilities, and encouraging him to continue his contributions and work with a sense of responsibility and loyalty to serve the country with full competence and capability.
