The Public Authority for Manpower has launched the "Blagani" (Report to Me) service via the "Sahl" (Easy) app, enabling citizens and residents to electronically report violations within the authority’s jurisdiction. This step aims to enhance community participation in monitoring the labor market, contributing to the rapid detection and handling of infractions.

Mohammed Al-Muzayni, Director of Public Relations and Media at the Authority, stated that the service allows citizens and residents to participate in oversight and support the efforts of government agencies to combat negative phenomena that affect Kuwait’s reputation, as well as to follow up on labor and humanitarian cases.

He affirmed that "Blagani" aligns with the Authority’s direction to expand community participation and strengthen cooperation between community members and government entities, thereby supporting efforts to regulate the labor market.

For her part, Nadia Al-Hamad, Public Relations and Media Supervisor at the Authority, said the service was launched in conjunction with the World Day against Trafficking in Persons. It allows any citizen or resident to report violations within the Authority’s jurisdiction through the "Sahl" app, supporting its oversight efforts and enhancing compliance in the labor market. She stressed that the data of complainants is kept strictly confidential and no information is disclosed. She explained that specialized teams review reports, verify their accuracy, and take necessary actions under the direct supervision of the Authority’s Director General, Engineer Rabab Al-Asimi.

She added that the Authority has received numerous reports through the service, reflecting community awareness of the importance of protecting the labor market and safeguarding rights. She emphasized that the service enhances community partnership with the Authority and supports intensified oversight, contributing to providing a safe working environment.

For her part, Zainab Maki, Head of the Databases Department at the Authority, explained that access to "Blagani" is available through "Sahl Individuals." Users enter the Public Authority for Manpower’s services, select the service, specify the type of report, and provide a detailed description of the violation. She added that users can attach images of the violation and send the report directly to the Authority, stressing the importance of clear and accurate data to facilitate the specialized teams’ access to the site and expedite monitoring and follow-up procedures.

Maki clarified that reportable violations include the recruitment of domestic workers, recruitment agencies, casual labor, and companies, as well as employing workers during the midday work ban, which runs from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. She emphasized the importance of providing accurate information about violations to enable specialized teams to verify them and take necessary actions.
