Civil Status: Deletion of residential addresses of 287 individuals from the records

The Public Authority for Civil Information announced the deletion of residential addresses for 287 individuals from its records, based on the property owner’s declaration or due to the demolition of the building.

In a statement published in today’s Sunday edition of Al-Qabas newspaper, the Authority clarified that individuals whose addresses have been deleted must visit the Authority to register a new address or update it via the “Sahl” application, after providing the necessary documentary evidence, within 30 days from the date of the announcement’s publication.

It emphasized that failure to register the new address within the specified deadline will result in the penalty stipulated in Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982, which consists of a fine not exceeding 100 dinars, multiplied by the number of individuals involved.
