'Justice': 83,000 'execution arrests' and 4,357 'travel bans' in June
The General Administration of Execution completed 400,519 procedures during the month

The General Administration of Execution at the Ministry of Justice completed 400,519 procedures during June last year, according to a statistical report issued by the Statistics and Research Department. These procedures were distributed across various execution administrations in the governorates, reflecting the continued pace of work in enforcing judgments and concluding judicial cases.

The statistical report, reviewed by "Al-Siyasa," showed that "Execution Seizure Records for Debts Owed by Third Parties" topped the executed procedures with 83,380 procedures, followed by "Lifting of Seizure" records with 39,377 procedures, and then "Proof of Status" records with 5,826 procedures.
The number of "Lifting of Seizure" requests reached 4,983, and requests to lift the execution seizure on vehicles totaled 4,481. Meanwhile, travel ban requests recorded 4,357, in addition to 2,645 "Arrest and Bring in Debtor" requests and 699 "Presentation of Debtor" records.
At the governorate level, the Capital Execution Administration led in the number of procedures with a total of 120,778, followed by Al-Ahmadi with 75,634, Hawalli with 67,452, Al-Farwaniyah with 56,736, Al-Jahra with 48,744, while Mubarak Al-Kabeer recorded 29,860 procedures. The number of procedures completed at border crossings, Salwa, and the Lawyers Association totaled 1,315.
The statistical report indicated that the Travel Ban Department completed 5,855 procedures during June, which included forms, supply receipts, and fee collection. The total value of supply forms amounted to 447,753 dinars, while the value of supply receipts reached 440,947 dinars, bringing the total collected amounts to 888,700 dinars during the month.
