Prime Minister Congratulates President of Côte d'Ivoire on the Country's Independence Day

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, sent a congratulatory message to His Excellency President Alassane Ouattara, President of the friendly Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, on the occasion of the country's Independence Day.
