His Highness the Amir congratulates the President of Côte d'Ivoire on the country's Independence Day

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, sent a congratulatory message to President Alassane Ouattara, President of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, conveying his sincere congratulations on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
