Real Madrid extends Vinícius Júnior's contract until 2032

Spanish club Real Madrid announced on Thursday the extension of Brazilian star Vinicius Junior’s contract until June 30, 2032, putting an end to recent speculation about his future and the possibility of a move to English club Arsenal.

In a statement published on its official website, the club said it had reached an agreement with Vinicius Junior to extend his deal, allowing him to continue his journey with the royal club until the summer of 2032.

Vinicius joined Real Madrid in July 2018 at the age of 18 and has since made 375 appearances for the team, scoring 128 goals.

The Brazilian international has contributed to Real Madrid winning 14 titles, including two UEFA Champions League titles, and three each in the Spanish La Liga, FIFA Club World Cup, and Spanish Super Cup, along with two UEFA Super Cup titles and one Copa del Rey title.
