Minister of Commerce Discusses with Kazakh Ambassador Strengthening Cooperation in Economic and Trade Fields

Kuwait’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, Osama Al-Boudi, held talks today, Thursday, with Yerzhan Ilyasikov, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Kuwait, to explore ways to enhance mutual cooperation between the two friendly countries.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry said in a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the two sides reviewed topics of common interest and cooperation opportunities in the commercial, economic, and food security sectors, in a manner that serves mutual interests and benefits.

The ministry added that the meeting also featured an exchange of views on mechanisms to develop bilateral relations, contributing to enhanced cooperation between the two countries across various fields of shared interest.
