In line with its ongoing commitment to enhancing employee well-being and providing exclusive benefits that address their needs and add value to their professional experience, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) announced the launch of a special summer credit card campaign for its employees, featuring exceptional rewards and exclusive offers that provide additional benefits during the travel and holiday season.
This initiative is part of the bank’s strategy to foster an attractive and motivating work environment by offering diverse programs and benefits that align with employees’ needs and support their quality of life, driven by the bank’s belief that its employees are the cornerstone of its success and continued leadership in the banking sector.
The campaign allows NBK employees to enjoy a 25% cashback on selected airlines when using eligible NBK credit cards, with a maximum cap of 500 Kuwaiti Dinars throughout the campaign period, giving them greater opportunity to take advantage of travel plans and achieve additional savings during the summer.
The campaign is not limited to travel benefits; it also includes a motivational program that enables employees to earn 20 KWT points for each qualified customer successfully referred for one of the NBK credit cards.
