'British Maritime Trade': Cargo ship hit by unknown projectile off the coast of Oman

The UK Maritime Trade Operations agency announced today that it received a report of a maritime incident that occurred 20 nautical miles northeast of Khasab in the Sultanate of Oman.

The agency stated that a cargo ship reported, via VHF Channel 16, that it had been struck by an unidentified projectile in the area northeast of Khasab, without providing further details about the incident.
