Bader Al-Shuaibi: "The star is in the right place... Shajoon is trending"

In a move considered among the most prominent artistic developments, actress Shajon Al-Hajri officially joined “Trend” for Artistic Production, a company led by artist and director Bader Al-Shuaibi, marking the start of a new phase of artistic collaboration expected to yield distinctive theatrical works in the near future.
The announcement of Shajon’s joining came as she was introduced on stage by Bader Al-Shuaibi at the conclusion of the “Kuwait Carnival” theatrical performances, in front of a large audience. The scene received widespread engagement, as he welcomed her into the “Trend” family, expressing his confidence that her presence would represent significant artistic value and a qualitative addition to the company’s upcoming projects. This collaboration is expected to be mutually beneficial, given Shajon Al-Hajri’s strong public presence and extensive artistic experience, alongside the successes “Trend” has achieved in recent years through its theatrical productions bearing Bader Al-Shuaibi’s signature, which have made a notable impact on the artistic scene.
The audience eagerly anticipates the first works uniting Shajon Al-Hajri with the “Trend” team, amid expectations that this partnership will deliver new theatrical experiences combining experience, youthful energy, and advanced production, thereby enhancing the status of Kuwaiti theater.
On his part, Al-Shuaibi posted a photo of himself with Shajon on stage during the final show of his play “Kuwait Carnival,” welcoming her joining and commenting: “The iconic star has united with the transformative company. Welcome, O star of the summit, to the company of the summit. Let today’s play, which holds a great place in our hearts, bid farewell mixed with feelings of happiness and joy. Welcome and welcome to Trend and the Trend audience.” He concluded: “The right star in the right place.”
Shajon replied: “Trend is an addition to every artist, O soul of your sister. May God bless us and grant us success.”
Immediately following the announcement of the joining of the star of the generation, artists and celebrities rushed to congratulate this step. Artist Yaqoub Abdullah commented, “You lit up our stage,” while content creator and artist Hamad Al-Qalam welcomed her with: “Welcome, welcome, welcome.” Meanwhile, artists Mohammed Al-Mutairi, Mishaari Al-Majed, and Suad Al-Husseini simply reacted to the shared photo with a fire emoji. “Upcoming Works”
Bader Al-Shuaibi recently announced that he would release a new summer-themed song titled “Sabeq Waqtah” (Ahead of Its Time) tomorrow, sharing the song’s poster and commenting: “Tomorrow, the summer song will be yours, ‘Ahead of Its Time.’ Thank you, pardon me.”
Bader is also preparing to hold a musical concert titled “Leilat Ghaib” (Night of Absence) in a special live performance on Friday, August 7, in the United Arab Emirates, specifically in Dubai.
As for Shajon Al-Hajri’s latest works, she has two projects during the Ramadan season: the series “Thalithuhum Al-Shaytan” (The Devil Among Them) and the series “Amur Ailiyah” (Family Matters). She is also preparing to film more than one project for the Shasha platform, with details to be announced soon.
