Al-Jalal inspects the new 'Higher Education' building: gradual transition begins to ensure continuity of operations

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Nader Al-Jalal inspected the ministry’s new building in the Howaili area today, Monday, to review the readiness of its facilities and monitor the progress of the gradual transfer of ministry sectors to the new location.
In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Jalal said that the move to the new building is a significant step toward developing the institutional work environment, improving performance efficiency, and enhancing the level of services provided to visitors and students. He commended the efforts of the teams responsible for preparing the building and completing its technical, administrative, and organizational requirements.
He added that the transfer of ministry sectors to the new building would take place gradually according to an organized plan, beginning with the Follow-up of Scholars Affairs Administration, followed by other ministry departments in succession, until the transition is fully completed. This approach ensures continuity of operations and prevents any disruption to the services provided. He emphasized the importance of providing a modern, integrated work environment that supports ministry employees, accelerates transaction processing, and enhances service quality.
