We ask God Almighty to steady our minds during the remaining presidential term of the controversial American President, Mr. Donald Trump, who leads a country that has never, throughout its more than three centuries of political history, seen a president enter the White House while affiliated with one of the two major parties competing for power, despite his arrival at that party concealed behind billions of dollars. He did not follow the usual paths to become a member of that party. This precedent was officially and clearly highlighted by the most prominent and powerful members of the Republican Party, to which this merchant, hiding behind politics and its dark corridors, belongs. This has been the case since his success during his first presidency as the 45th President, up to today as the 47th President—a situation unprecedented in history.
The strangest case, which is the third and perhaps not the last, is his dream of securing a third presidential term, added to his extraordinary ability to create contradictions.

As we can easily observe, this president issues statements filled with threats and warnings, along with illogical justifications, at a rate of seven days a week. What he says in the evening, he disavows in the morning, and vice versa, without regard for his country’s standing in the international arena, despite his full awareness that those who pay the price for his maneuvers and the contradictions in his statements with this irresponsible neighbor are the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, despite our neutrality and complete rejection of this senseless war.
In my humble opinion, if this president continues his current policy through his daily statements, which alternate between harshness and laxity, following the principle of “a bucket of water and a bucket of mud,” the situation will drag on, and we may enter a war that could last another eight years, or even succeed in dragging us into it, God forbid, if this president deems it in his country’s interest to do so.
The question that imposes itself is: Was this war planned as one of the episodes in the series of tragedies they have drawn for our geographical region, since the installation of this radical regime in Iran in the last quarter of the past century? Shouldn’t they have put an end to this regime, which his predecessors created, and stopped the export of its revolutions everywhere?
O God, protect those who protect Your religion and follow the path of the Master of Your creation.
