Bandar Al-Jarallah appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Snam Holding Group
Focus on implementing the strategy in the coming phase
Snam Holding Group announced the election of a new board of directors during the Ordinary General Assembly meeting for the upcoming term, a move reflecting the group’s commitment to further strengthening its governance framework and supporting its sustainable growth trajectory.
In a press statement yesterday, the company said the elected board includes Bandar Sulaiman Al-Jarallah, Dr. Sulaiman Tariq Al-Abd Al-Jader, Badr Jassim Al-Hajeri, Rami Habli, and Ahmed Abdullah Al-Muzaini as an independent member.
Following the General Assembly meeting, the newly elected board held its first session, during which it appointed Bandar Sulaiman Al-Jarallah as Chairman of the Board and Dr. Sulaiman Tariq Al-Abd Al-Jader as Vice Chairman.

The board also expressed its sincere gratitude and appreciation to former Chairman Walid Hamad Al-Samit and former board member Saad Nasser Al-Munifi, recognizing their valuable efforts and contributions that helped support the group’s progress and enhance its strategic direction, wishing them continued success and prosperity.
On this occasion, Al-Jarallah expressed his pride in the confidence shown by the board members, emphasizing that the coming phase will focus on continuing the implementation of the group’s strategy and strengthening its position as a holding company with diversified investments in strategic sectors, through achieving sustainable growth, maximizing value for shareholders, and upholding the highest standards of governance and corporate excellence.
