The Brutal Aggression
For six months, it has been the beginning of the brutal aggression against Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries by the Islamic [extremists], who are furthest from embodying this religion. Our brave men in the armed forces, our courageous lions from the security forces and National Guard, and the pious sons of Kuwait from the fire brigade and doctors do not close their eyes, day and night, while we live our daily lives and fulfill our social obligations, unaware of the gravity of what these heroes are doing in defense of their homeland, its people, with loyalty, allegiance, and devotion to their country and its Amir. To them, all respect and appreciation, and we pray to Allah, the Exalted, to protect them from all evil, grant them victory over their enemies, and turn back the plots of the aggressors against their own necks.
We also raise our hands to Allah, praying to Him, the Glorified and Exalted, to protect Kuwait’s security and safety, its nights and days, its land and sky, to shield it from fitnas (trials/strife), keep calamities away from it, and protect it from the evil of envious, jealous, and greedy individuals... O Allah, Amen.
● Why, O Tehran?
Have you lost your mind,
To showcase your war skills to us?
Or do you not know that Allah will frustrate your expectations?
● Why, O Tehran?
We thought you were a neighbor, one upon whom we could rely,
But we were surprised that your finger never leaves the trigger,
To launch your missiles, just as the auctioneer’s voice is raised.
● Why, O Tehran?
Has your madness reached this extreme?
Or are you suffering from blindness in your eyes?
Or do you wish to prove to yourself whether you exist or not?
● Why, O Tehran?
Do not turn to those who shoot at you,
To respond with firmness and capability,
To deter their continuous attacks day and night.
● Why, O Tehran?
Is your leadership distracted?
Or do you want to prove that it is cunning?
Or does it not know that its heads are devoid of wisdom?
● Why, O Tehran?
You continue this hostility toward your neighbors,
Are you sober or drunk?
To add sorrow upon sorrow.
● Why, O Tehran?
You ignite fires with fires,
And do not want your people to be safe,
So that the result will be your loss and that of your people.
Excuses in gatherings are no longer valid,
Years of frivolity and nonsense have passed.
If you say, “Bring forth a story, O men,”
Each one will hit his head with his phone.
O Allah, protect Kuwait, its people, and its leadership, from all evil and harm.
