Arbitration is an effective means of dispute resolution

The world is witnessing rapid development in commercial and investment transactions, which has increased the need for fast and effective dispute resolution mechanisms. Among the most prominent of these mechanisms is arbitration, which has gained widespread attention due to its role in resolving disputes outside the lengthy judicial process.

Arbitration is defined as an agreement between parties to submit their dispute to an arbitrator or a specialized arbitral tribunal for resolution, resulting in a binding decision for the disputing parties. This arbitral system is characterized by speed, flexibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, making it a preferred option in many commercial and economic cases. Experts believe that arbitration helps alleviate the burden on courts, while providing a more favorable environment for investors and business owners by accelerating dispute resolution, reducing associated costs, and allowing the disputing parties to choose arbitrators with expertise in the subject matter of the dispute, thereby enhancing the quality of the issued decisions.

With the growing reliance on arbitration, both locally and internationally, this system continues to solidify its position as one of the most important modern legal tools that support economic stability and protect the rights of disputing parties in a fair and effective manner.
