Vitality of the Arbitration Law

Arbitration law is among the important legal frameworks that facilitate the peaceful resolution of disputes between parties. It aims to settle conflicts outside the court system in many cases.

One or more arbitrators are appointed to examine the dispute and issue an appropriate ruling. Arbitration is distinguished by its speed and flexibility compared to traditional judicial procedures.

It also ensures the confidentiality of information related to the dispute between the parties.

Arbitration is primarily and practically used in commercial and investment cases, as well as in other fields. Arbitrators must remain impartial and fair when issuing their decisions, as they act as private judges tasked with adjudicating the claims of the opposing parties.

Arbitration awards are binding on the parties in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Therefore, arbitration is considered an effective means of achieving justice and safeguarding rights.
