The Importance of Enforcement Rulings
Execution rulings constitute one of the most critical stages of litigation, as they ensure that the entitled party receives their rights following the issuance of a judgment. The existence of a judicial ruling alone is insufficient if it is not enforced; therefore, the execution stage serves to apply the judgment in practice. Moreover, execution rulings help safeguard individual rights, compel the judgment debtor to comply with the ruling issued against them, thereby reinforcing respect for the law and enhancing public confidence in the judiciary. They also contribute to curbing delays and procrastination in the enforcement of judgments.
Execution rulings play a significant role in achieving justice, as they ensure the enforcement of judicial decisions and the protection of rights, making them an essential component of the judicial system.
