Zain Enhances Leadership Impact Through an Innovation-Based Corporate Culture
Zain Kuwait organized a specialized workshop titled “Embedding a Culture of Innovation: Expanding Leadership Impact,” bringing together a select group of the company’s leaders. This initiative is part of Zain’s ongoing efforts to develop leadership capabilities and foster an institutional culture rooted in innovation, as well as a work environment that encourages creative ideas and supports their transformation into sustainable institutional impact, according to a press statement from the company.
The two-day workshop was held at the Zain Innovation Center (ZINC) and forms part of a comprehensive leadership development plan aimed at equipping leaders across all levels within the company with practical tools and methodologies to enhance innovation, lead organizational change, and build cohesive, high-performing teams.
The workshop was facilitated by Warren Cass, an international speaker, leadership and corporate culture expert, and bestselling author. He shared insights and practical experiences highlighting the pivotal role of leaders in shaping a culture of innovation, fostering collaboration, and expanding their influence within teams and across various organizational levels.
The session focused on embedding innovation into daily leadership practices and cultivating an innovative entrepreneurial environment that boosts employee productivity and development.
