Al-Muajjal: Kuwait's wise policy does not tolerate bargaining over the nation's security

Kuwait’s Secretary-General of the Diwans, Fahd Al-Muajjal, praised the wisdom of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in managing regional developments and addressing the challenges facing the region. He emphasized that His Highness has adhered from the outset to a policy grounded in wisdom, restraint, and the prioritization of diplomatic and political solutions, reflecting the far-sighted vision and balanced approach for which Kuwait is known in crisis management.

Al-Muajjal stated that Kuwaiti leadership has consistently sought to create opportunities for political and diplomatic efforts to safeguard the region’s security and stability, embodying Kuwait’s political legacy based on dialogue, respect for international law, and commitment to consolidating peace and security.

He noted that the visit of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, to the Safwan Border Crossing carried a clear message affirming that Kuwait’s security and sovereignty constitute a red line. The state deals firmly with any actions threatening its national security, while simultaneously striving to strengthen good-neighborly relations and coordination with fraternal nations.

He added that Kuwait, under the leadership of His Highness the Amir, consistently reaffirms that its national security is non-negotiable and that protecting its borders and sovereignty remains a top priority, guided by wisdom, balance, and adherence to international legitimacy. He clarified that Kuwait has always been, and will continue to be, committed to regional stability, believing that the security and stability of neighboring countries form a fundamental pillar of regional security.

He stressed that the state always distinguishes between fraternal relations with peoples and any practices or threats that endanger its security or sovereignty. He prayed to God Almighty to protect Kuwait, both its leadership and its people, and to perpetuate upon it the blessings of security, safety, and stability under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
