Saudi and Omani Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Developments and Freedom of Navigation

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held a telephone conversation with Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al Busaidi to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries, developments in the regional situation, and a number of issues of mutual interest.

During the call, the two ministers emphasized the importance of continuing coordination and consultation between the two countries, and enhancing joint diplomatic efforts aimed at preserving peace and stability in the region.

They also stressed the necessity of ensuring the safety and freedom of maritime navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, in light of developments in the region, thereby contributing to the protection and stability of sea lanes.
