The Friend
Ali ibn Abi Talib, may God honor his countenance, said: “Do not trust in the winter sun, nor in the hearts of women, nor in this world, for it is a abode of transience. But trust in a brother whom your mother did not bear, but whom the days have given you. If the most beautiful part of a flower is its nectar, then the most beautiful part of this world is a friend.”

And tomorrow brings another day...
