Al-Huwaila: Aligning educational and training outputs with the labor market enhances performance efficiency and supports persons with disabilities
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labor, and Social Development, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila, held talks today, Sunday, with Dr. Hassan Al-Fajam, Director General of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET), regarding the Ministry’s needs for vocational and technical specializations and qualified national cadres.
In a press release, the Ministry stated that the meeting discussed the specializations required by the Ministry’s sectors and the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities, in line with work requirements and aimed at raising the efficiency of services provided to beneficiaries.

It was clarified that both parties discussed mechanisms for joint coordination to provide the required specializations and prepare cadres capable of meeting the needs of various sectors, thereby serving the public interest and enhancing the efficiency of government work.
