Kuwait’s Ambassador to the United States, Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, delivered a keynote address at the opening session of the Aspen Institute’s 2026 Forum on Work, organized by the Aspen Institute in Colorado, USA.
Her participation took place during the opening session titled “Humanity Today: Where Do We Find Ourselves?”, which discussed the transformations the world is undergoing amid rapid developments in artificial intelligence and technology, and their impact on trust, identity, leadership, and human values.

During her remarks, she emphasized that the real challenge facing the world today does not lie in the speed of technological development, but rather in humanity’s ability to keep pace with this progress through wisdom, responsibility, and ethical values. She noted that building trust will become the fundamental pillar for the prosperity of societies and the stability of international relations in the coming phase.
Sheikha Al-Zain also highlighted Kuwait’s experience, illustrating how the country’s foreign policy embodies a commitment to dialogue, diplomacy, and bridge-building as essential tools for enhancing regional and international security and stability.
