Chief of Staff Discusses Ways to Develop Joint Defense Cooperation with Italian Defense Minister

Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, met today with Italian Minister of Defense Guido Crosetto, during his official visit to the Italian Republic, in the presence of Kuwait’s Ambassador to Italy, Nasser Al-Qahtani.

The General Headquarters of the Armed Forces stated in a press release that the meeting reviewed a number of topics and issues of mutual interest, alongside exploring ways to enhance and develop joint defense cooperation, reflecting the deep and close ties between the two friendly countries.

The statement noted that the Chief of Staff and the accompanying delegation returned to Kuwait this evening, following the conclusion of his official visit to Italy.
