Jordan condemns the attack on the Abdali border crossing: a blatant violation of Kuwait's sovereignty and a threat to its security and stability

Jordan condemned on Thursday the attack targeting the Abdali border crossing in Kuwait by hostile drones.

In a press statement, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that this attack constitutes a blatant violation of Kuwait’s sovereignty, a threat to its security and stability, and an infringement on its territorial integrity. It also represents a dangerous escalation and a flagrant breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.

The ministry reaffirmed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with Kuwait and its steadfast support for all measures Kuwait takes to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
