Head of Customs and his deputy inspect Al-Abdali border crossing following the heinous attack

The head of the General Administration of Customs, Yousef Al-Nuwaif, accompanied by his deputy for border affairs and customs research and investigation, Saleh Al-Omar, inspected the Abdali border crossing following the heinous attack that targeted the facility.

In a statement, Customs said that Al-Nuwaif and Al-Omar reviewed the damage sustained by the Abdali Customs Center and listened to briefings from field officials on the impact of the attack and the measures taken to address it. The head of the administration commended the efforts of Customs personnel in fulfilling their duties and maintaining operational continuity despite the exceptional circumstances.

Al-Nuwaif stressed the General Administration of Customs’ commitment to continuing its duties at all border crossings and taking necessary measures to ensure their security and the uninterrupted provision of customs services, in coordination with relevant authorities.
