The Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, Dr. Subaih Al-Mukhaim, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Dr. Adel Al-Zamil, emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to ensure the stability of the electricity and water systems. They praised the high level of professionalism and national spirit demonstrated by ministry staff in dealing with the damage inflicted on some power plants and water desalination facilities as a result of Iranian aggression.

This came during two separate field visits conducted by the Minister and the Undersecretary to two power and desalination plants, to monitor the progress of work and reassure employees, amid continued high electrical loads during the summer season.

Each of them reviewed the operational processes at the plant they visited and listened to explanations from officials and technicians regarding the rehabilitation of damaged units, the measures taken to ensure the continuity of electricity and water production, and the maintenance of system stability.

They also met with employees at both plants, commending their efforts and dedication in fulfilling their national duty, and affirming that the work done by ministry staff reflects a high level of professionalism and responsibility, thereby ensuring the continued provision of services to citizens and residents.

The Ministry stated that these two visits are part of the ongoing field tours conducted by its leadership to monitor operations across various facilities and to stand by national cadres who continue to perform their duties efficiently under all circumstances, particularly following the attacks that some plants suffered last week.
