ZainTECH and Nile Launch Secure Network Solutions Tailored for the AI Era

Ideal Solutions for Healthcare, Industrial, Educational, and Banking Institutions

ZainTECH Empowers Institutions, Meets Their Needs, and Supports Business Resilience in Middle Eastern Markets

Nile Redefines How Institutions Handle Networks by Reducing Technical Support and Security Breaches

ZainTECH, the digital solutions arm of the Zain Group, announced a strategic partnership with Nile, the leading and innovative company in Secure Network as a Service (Secure NaaS), to deliver its secure network solutions in the United Arab Emirates and the Levant region. This collaboration aims to support AI-driven digital transformation initiatives that have been hindered by traditional network infrastructures.

Founded by former Cisco executives John Chambers and Pankaj Patel, Nile offers a radically simplified campus networking architecture designed specifically for the AI era. Its Secure NaaS solutions integrate Zero Trust security, cloud services, and self-operating capabilities, contributing to a reduction in technical support tickets (operational tickets) by up to 99%, a 60% decrease in costs, and a 60% to 100% reduction in security breaches compared to traditional infrastructures.

Nile’s infrastructure-as-a-service solutions have helped transform capital expenditure burdens into strategic business-enabling assets. By integrating self-operating capabilities, Zero Trust Architecture, and AI-powered cloud services within a unified managed service model, these solutions redefine how institutions manage networks by eliminating complexity and enhancing security.

AI Initiatives

With the accelerating adoption of cloud computing, the expansion of AI initiatives, and the increasing reliance of the workforce on distributed work models, enterprise network requirements have undergone a radical shift in recent years. Traditional network infrastructures in branches and corporate campuses were not designed to meet these new demands due to limitations in operational flexibility, security gaps, and burdens associated with traditional capital expenditure (CapEx) models.

ZainTECH and Nile’s Secure NaaS solutions were specifically designed to meet these needs by providing a self-operating, AI-powered, cloud-delivered networking solution. This grants institutions the necessary flexibility, reliability, and operational simplicity to achieve their digital ambitions.

These solutions target multi-site institutions in the healthcare, hospitality, education, banking, and manufacturing sectors, as well as the mid-market corporate sector. In these industries, business continuity, regulatory compliance, and distributed connectivity are essential for ensuring operational continuity, particularly given the limited IT resources available to them.

A Different Approach to Networks

Andrew Hanna, CEO of ZainTECH, stated, “Corporate networks are no longer keeping pace with the rapid advancements in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation, and increasingly distributed business environments. Many organizations still rely on high-cost operational infrastructure models that are difficult to scale and pose security challenges.”

He added, “With the acceleration of digital transformation efforts, organizations now require a fundamentally different approach to networking—one that is intelligent, secure by design, and delivered as a service. Through our partnership with Nile, we empower organizations to streamline their operations, enhance resilience, and adopt a modern networking model that supports long-term business growth.”

Hanna continued, “Corporate networks are no longer keeping pace with the rapid developments in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation, and distributed business environments. Many organizations continue to depend on costly infrastructure that is difficult to scale, manage, and secure. As digital transformation initiatives accelerate, organizations need a radically different networking approach that is intelligent, inherently secure, and delivered as a service.”

Hanna emphasized, “Through our partnership with Nile, we enable organizations across various Middle Eastern markets, starting with the United Arab Emirates and the Levant region, to simplify their operations, strengthen operational resilience, and adopt a modern networking model that supports long-term business growth.”

Challenges of Traditional Networks

For his part, Mike Weston, International Sales Head at Nile, said, “Organizations struggling daily with the challenges posed by their traditional networks require a simpler, more secure, and more adaptable environment. In collaboration with ZainTECH, Nile is proud to offer a solution that serves as a double enabler for IT teams, allowing the network to become a strategic business-supporting element within a cost-effective and efficient cost structure.”

The launch of this service strengthens ZainTECH’s position as one of the leading regional companies in AI-powered networking solutions and managed infrastructure services. It also enhances its capabilities in cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and AI-driven digital infrastructure. Furthermore, this launch aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its managed services portfolio and boost recurring revenue streams.
