Young actress Suad Al-Shatti shared with her followers and fans a number of photos from the table reads for her new series, “Al-Hanouti.” The photos featured artists Hamad Al-Omari, Khaled Al-Brikki, and Ibrahim Al-Hababi, among others, under the leadership of Huda Hussein in the leading role. Notably, Huda Hussein is the sister of the retired actress Suad Hussein, widow of the prominent theater director Fouad Al-Shatti, and the granddaughter was named after her grandmother.
Al-Shatti said: “‘Al-Hanouti’ is the second project that unites me with the great artist and star Huda Hussein. I previously worked alongside her in the series ‘Al-Sahba Al-Halwa.’ Additionally, I appeared in both ‘Khadimat Al-Qawm’ and ‘La Atalab Al-Talaq’ at an early age, both starring the role model Huda Hussein. Praise be to God, I am progressing with steady steps and carefully selecting my roles.”

The promising artist pointed out that the series “Al-Hanouti” belongs to seasonal productions, consisting of 10 episodes. Written by Ali Shams and directed by Mohamed Maghrabi, the series is characterized by excitement, mystery, and suspense. It features an elite cast, including Huda Hussein, Hamad Al-Omari, Khaled Al-Brikki, Shaima Ali, Hamad Ashkanani, Bathina Al-Raeesi, Maram Al-Balushi, Farah Al-Sarraf, Faisal Al-Sharqawi, Ibrahim Al-Hababi, Ryan Dashti, Suad Al-Shatti, Jamal Al-Saleh, and Abdulmohsen Al-Aswad.
“Al-Sahba Al-Halwa”
Regarding her appearance in the recently aired series “Al-Sahba Al-Halwa,” she clarified: “It is a 10-episode series directed by Mohamed Daham Al-Shamari, featuring an elite cast including: Huda Hussein, Maitham Al-Husseini, Shabnam Khan, Suad Al-Shatti, Anwar Al-Mansour, Abdullah Al-Turkmani, Mansour Al-Balushi, Suad Al-Shatti, Mohamed Al-Rashed, Hassan Al-Mousawi, Badr Al-Saeed, Venesia Haroun, and Yasser Ali Al-Shamari. The story unfolds when a mourning gathering turns into an extraordinary moment, as three friends reunite after fifty years of separation, embarking on an emotional journey to find a fourth friend. Events then unfold, with filming taking place in the Kingdom of Bahrain.”

Al-Shatti expressed her delight at her theatrical works, the latest of which was the play “The Girls and the Magician,” written and directed by Najat Hussein, with lyrics by poet Abdul Latif Al-Banna, and starring Hessa Al-Nabhani, Suad Al-Husseini, Abdulaziz Al-Saadoun, Suad Al-Shatti, Sulaiman Al-Hamli, and Abdul Karim Al-Mulla. She also participated in the play “The Beast,” written and directed by Mohammed Al-Hamli, and starring Mohammed Al-Hamli, Mai Al-Tamimi, Suad Al-Husseini, Lulwah Al-Majid, Ghadeer Hassan, and Shahd Khasrawo.
It is worth noting that Suad Al-Shatti’s career began with the series “I Will Never Ask for Divorce,” a social drama centered on marital relationships, the dynamics between men and women, and the numerous challenges they face. The story follows “Nawal” and her husband “Abdullah,” exploring their perspectives on each other, as well as the struggles of “Hanan” and her irresponsible husband “Khalid.” The series was directed by Mustafa Rashid, written by Iman Sultan, and starred Huda Hussein, Ibrahim Al-Harbi, Khaled Amin, Sahar Hussein, Fahd Basem, and Fahd Al-Banna.
She also appeared in the series “Servant,” which revolved around “Umm Abdullah,” a mother striving to reunite her family, only to find that her children oppose her efforts. They prevent her from interfering in their upbringing and demand independence by living in separate homes away from her. As life’s hardships test them, they eventually return to her care. The series was directed by Sultan Khasrawo, written by Widad Al-Kuwari, and starred Huda Hussein, Jasem Al-Nabhani, Hassan Al-Balawi, Mona Shaddad, Khaled Al-Briki, and others.
