Jordanian Armed Forces: Interception and Downward of 3 Iranian Missiles Targeting the Kingdom's Territory
The Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported on Monday that three missiles originating from Iran were intercepted and shot down, with no casualties or material damage reported.
The agency quoted a senior military source from the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces as saying that three missiles launched from Iranian territory entered Jordanian airspace and targeted Jordanian land, but did not result in any human casualties or material damage.
The source added, according to the agency, that “Royal Engineers units responded to the debris impact sites and secured the areas in accordance with established technical and security procedures.”
