'Al-Najda' Detains 32 Wanted Individuals and Refers 3 Suspects to the 'Drug Control' Department

- 1,943 security operations carried out and 1,115 traffic violations issued during the week

The Traffic and Operations Affairs Sector, represented by the General Directorate of Emergency Police, continued its field campaigns across various governorates of the country from July 12 to 18, as part of its efforts to enhance security, enforce the authority of the law, and safeguard the safety of road users.

The campaigns resulted in the execution of 1,943 security operations, the apprehension of 32 fugitives, 12 wanted vehicles, 16 individuals violating residency laws, 9 persons in abnormal conditions, and 5 individuals without official identification. Additionally, three suspects were detained and referred to the General Directorate for Combating Narcotics to take legal action against them.

On the traffic front, field teams issued 1,115 traffic violations, impounded two vehicles for violating laws and regulations, handled 149 reports of traffic accidents, and provided 1,017 humanitarian assistance services to citizens and residents.

The Traffic and Operations Affairs Sector affirmed the continuation of security and traffic campaigns across various governorates to enhance security and protect lives and property, urging everyone to comply with laws and regulations and cooperate with security personnel.
