Al-Islah condemns Iranian aggression and calls for unity in the face of challenges
The Al-Isleh Social Association condemned the Iranian attack targeting Kuwait, affirming that strikes on vital installations and civilian facilities constitute a blatant violation of the state’s sovereignty and international law, representing an unacceptable act of aggression that threatens the security of citizens and residents, as well as the country’s stability.
The association’s Secretary-General, Hamad Al-Ali, stated that the association strongly denounces this attack, commending the efforts of the security forces and all state agencies and institutions working efficiently to protect the nation, safeguard its vital installations, and ensure the safety of citizens and residents. He reaffirmed full confidence in the state’s institutions’ capacity to confront various challenges.
Al-Ali called on Kuwaitis to unite, strengthen national cohesion, and rally around the political leadership, represented by His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, His Highness the Crown Prince, and His Highness the Prime Minister. He urged support for all measures taken by the state to protect the nation and preserve its sovereignty, emphasizing that national unity is the fundamental pillar in confronting crises.
He stressed the importance of exercising awareness and national responsibility, obtaining information from official sources, and avoiding being swayed by rumors and misleading news aimed at inciting fear and confusion. He noted that the cohesion of Kuwaiti society has been and will remain a source of strength in facing various challenges.
Al-Ali announced that the Al-Isleh Social Association is placing all its human and volunteer resources at the service of the nation, mobilizing its staff and volunteers to support any national, humanitarian, or volunteer efforts assigned to them, driven by their national responsibility and belief that serving Kuwait and its people is a national duty.
He emphasized that Kuwait’s security and sovereignty are a red line, and that any attack targeting its land, people, or vital installations will only strengthen the resolve of its people to stand united behind their leadership and state institutions.
Al-Ali concluded his statement by praying that God protect Kuwait, its leadership, and its people, perpetuate the blessings of security and stability upon it, grant swift recovery to all the injured, and safeguard the country from all harm.
