'Ministry of Interior' Sets Official Working Hours for Its Departments Across All Governorates

The General Directorate of Traffic announced on Saturday the official working hours for all its departments across the country’s governorates, as part of efforts to organize the reception of clients and facilitate the processing of their transactions.

In a statement, the Directorate said that technical inspection and driving test departments operate during the morning shift from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and during the evening shift from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

It added that driving license, vehicle registration, and traffic violation departments receive clients during the morning shift from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and during the evening shift from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The Directorate clarified that these hours apply to all governorates, urging clients to arrive well before the end of their designated time slot to ensure their transactions are completed, while noting the differences in evening hours among the various departments.
