Jordan condemns renewed Iranian attacks on Kuwait and Bahrain: a blatant violation of sovereignty and a dangerous escalation
Jordan condemned today, on Saturday, the renewed brazen Iranian attacks on the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the targeting of a power station and a water desalination plant.
In a press statement, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs considered these actions a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the states, a threat to their security and stability and territorial integrity, a dangerous escalation, and a flagrant breach of international law and the UN Charter.
The Ministry reaffirmed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its support for them in all steps they take to protect their sovereignty, security, and the safety of their citizens and residents.
