'Ministry of Interior': Accepting requests for the release of seized vehicles in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh today and tomorrow

The General Directorate of Traffic announced that it will accept requests for the release of impounded vehicles at the impound yard located in the Jaleeb Al-Shuyoukh area today, Friday, and tomorrow, Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The Directorate clarified that completing the release procedures requires settling all outstanding traffic violations incurred by the vehicle’s driver, as well as all outstanding violations incurred by the vehicle’s owner. It is also mandatory to present the official documents, namely: the civil ID, driver’s license, and proof of vehicle ownership.

The opening of the impound yard coincides with the awareness exhibition “Be Aware,” which also offers a service to lift the “block” on impounded vehicles, as part of the General Directorate of Traffic’s efforts to facilitate procedures for citizens and residents, enabling them to complete their transactions and access traffic services at a single location during the exhibition’s duration.
