Rajaei welcomes the listing of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the UK's terrorist list

Maryam Rajavi, the elected president of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), welcomed the British government’s decision to designate the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization, describing the move, despite its delay, as essential to enhancing peace, stability, and security in the region and worldwide.

Rajavi emphasized the need to treat the IRGC and the Iranian regime as terrorist entities, free from any political or economic considerations, and called on the international community to recognize the rights of the Iranian people and the Iranian resistance to confront the IRGC, and to stand by the aspirations of Iranians for freedom and democracy.
