A training platform in public relations, business administration, and digital transformation
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced the launch of the third edition of the KFH Academy program, one of its most prominent training initiatives aimed at university students and fresh graduates, as part of its strategy to invest in human capital, empower youth and national talents, and enhance their readiness for the requirements of the job market and the banking sector. The program launch ceremony was held at the bank’s headquarters, attended by several leaders and officials, including Acting Head of Group Transformation Lamyaa Al-Barak Al-Tabatabai, Head of Group Public Relations and Media Youssef Abdullah Al-Ruwais, Deputy General Manager of Digital Transformation and Innovation Eng. Tariq Al-Ajil, Deputy General Manager of Banking Cards Talal Al-Arabid, Deputy General Manager of Products Nahal Al-Muslem, Senior Manager of Public Relations and Events Fahad Al-Saad, and Talent Acquisition Manager Nawaf Al-Mashari.
A comprehensive training platform
The launch of the third edition follows the successes achieved by the previous two editions, as the program has evolved into a comprehensive training platform that combines academic and practical aspects, providing participants with the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge from a leading global Islamic financial institution, thereby contributing to the development of technical and leadership skills and fostering a culture of innovation and corporate work.
The program targets students and fresh graduates aged between 18 and 24, through three specialized training tracks: Public Relations, Business Administration, and Digital Transformation and Information Technology. The program also includes specialized lectures, workshops, practical training, and field visits.
Al-Ajil: Consolidating a culture of innovation
Eng. Tariq Al-Ajil, Deputy General Manager of Digital Transformation and Innovation at Kuwait Finance House, stated that the launch of the third edition of the program underscores the bank’s role in consolidating a culture of innovation and preparing a generation capable of keeping pace with the rapid transformations in the financial services sector. He noted that the program focuses on developing creative thinking and enhancing the ability to innovate practical solutions with added value.
He added that the bank provides an interactive training environment that allows participants to learn about the latest technologies and digital trends and participate in practical experiences that enhance their readiness to work in the banking sector.

Al-Ajil noted that the participants’ presence in the work environment at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) adds significant value to their training experience, given the bank’s leadership in digital transformation and innovation across the banking sector. This allows them to closely observe best practices and modern digital applications, while gaining practical experience that enhances their professional readiness and broadens their future horizons.
Al-Saad: Preparing Young Talent
For his part, Faisal Al-Saad, First Director of Public Relations and Events at KFH, emphasized that the KFH Academy has become a comprehensive training platform for preparing young talent. He pointed out that the current edition features more diverse content through specialized workshops, lectures, and field visits that enrich participants’ experiences and expand their professional expertise.
He explained that the public relations track within the program aims to introduce participants to the strategic role of public relations in supporting institutional objectives, enhancing reputation, and building effective and sustainable relationships with various stakeholders. He noted that the track offers a comprehensive training experience that combines academic knowledge with practical application, by exposing participants to the latest practices in corporate communications, content management, event organization, and media relations, thereby contributing to refining participants’ skills and preparing them to meet sectoral requirements. He added that the program also focuses on developing soft skills, such as effective communication, teamwork, and leadership, alongside introducing participants to the bank’s culture and corporate values.
Al-Mushari: Bridging Education and Work
For his part, Nawaf Al-Mushari, Director of Talent Acquisition at KFH, stated that the KFH Academy embodies the bank’s commitment to investing in human capital and developing young national talent.
He added that the program provides participants with a unique opportunity to gain close exposure to the banking work environment and acquire advanced professional and personal skills, contributing to enhancing their readiness for the job market and enabling them to build promising career paths.
Al-Mushari emphasized that the program undergoes continuous development in its content and training tracks to keep pace with future requirements and the rapid transformations in the financial sector.
