The 'Traffic Department' issued 21,900 violations and referred 37 individuals to the 'Public Prosecution'

The General Directorate of Traffic continued its traffic campaigns to enforce violations across all governorates. During the period from July 6 to 12, its operations resulted in issuing 21,890 different traffic violations, seizing 420 vehicles, referring 37 individuals to the Traffic Directorate, and apprehending 24 drivers operating vehicles without a license.

The weekly statistical report issued by the Directorate noted the apprehension of 44 individuals whose residency permits had expired, 39 individuals subject to arrest warrants, two individuals without identification documents, and four individuals in an abnormal condition. It emphasized that traffic and security campaigns would continue across all governorates to enforce traffic laws.
