The 8th International Alexandria Air and Space Exhibition Kicks Off with Global Participation

Under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the second edition of the El Alamein International Air and Space Exhibition will launch in Egypt, hosted in the new city of El Alamein from September 8 to 10, 2026, at El Alamein International Airport. The event embodies Egypt’s vision to transform into a leading regional hub for the aviation and aerospace industries, reflecting the country’s advanced infrastructure and organizational and logistical capabilities that qualify it to host major international events.

The second edition of the exhibition will feature broad participation from leading global companies and institutions specializing in aviation, defense, and space technology, alongside professional air shows and displays of the latest systems, technologies, and innovations. It will also include a comprehensive exhibition of civil and military aircraft, as well as products and services representing the future of the aviation industry at both the regional and international levels.

The exhibition is organized by the Ministry of Defense, the Egyptian Air Force, the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Egyptian Space Agency, and EgyptAir, demonstrating the integration of state institutions in executing a global event that keeps pace with rapid developments in the aviation and aerospace sectors. It also underscores Egypt’s capacity to organize international events in accordance with the highest global standards.

Egypt’s Military Attaché in Kuwait, Brigadier General Mustafa Al-Dallal, emphasized that the El Alamein International Air and Space Exhibition has evolved beyond a specialized trade show into a strategic platform for exchanging expertise, showcasing the latest innovations, and enhancing international cooperation in aviation, defense, and space, thereby strengthening Egypt’s standing and its pivotal role in Africa and the Middle East.
