America and Iran... Memorandum of Understanding and Renewed Understanding

With the United States and Iran reaching an agreement to halt military operations, lift the U.S. blockade on Iranian ports, and have Iran lift its blockade on the Strait of Hormuz, negotiations are set to begin within sixty days.

However, military violations by both sides against each other, reciprocal retaliation, and media statements that deny and threaten the other party have rendered the memorandum of understanding in need of renewed clarification regarding the implementation of its provisions, which were outlined in broad, general terms.
