Restructuring 'Cooperatives' Jobs... Eliminates Administrative Bloat and Achieves Significant Financial Savings

The Ministry of Justice announced the opening of applications for the position of “Investigation Secretary” from July 12 to 16, specifying the controls and conditions required of applicants, along with the application mechanism via its website, in a post on the “X” platform.

2. The applicant must have completed at least one year of service in the Ministry of Justice.

4. No disciplinary penalty must have been imposed on the applicant, unless it has been expunged.

5. The employee must not be suspended from work, referred to the Public Prosecution, or facing criminal trial for a felony or a crime involving breach of honor and trust at the time of the announcement, unless the suspension period has ended, the investigation concluded with no liability, or acquittal was issued before the end of the announcement period.

6. The candidate must not have been on study leave, mission leave, full-time study leave, or any type of leave exceeding one year at the time of the announcement.

8. The candidate must hold a university degree or diploma in one of the following specialties: (Law, Administration, Secretarial Studies, Secretarial and Office Administration).

9. The position will be filled by secondment for a period of no less than one year, with suitability assessed annually.

10. Applicants will not be confirmed in the position until their competence and suitability for the role are established.

The Ministry invited interested parties to submit their applications electronically through the Ministry’s website www.moj.gov.kw via the employment services link, to review the conditions and complete the job application form.
