First Deputy Prime Minister Discusses Cooperation and Regional and International Developments with Iraqi Foreign Minister

The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, held a meeting today with Iraqi Foreign Minister Dr. Fouad Hussein and his official delegation, on the occasion of his official visit to the State of Kuwait. The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Abdulwahab Al-Wahab, and several security leaders.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a press release that the discussions covered areas of joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries, ways to enhance coordination across various fields, as well as a review of several issues of mutual interest and an exchange of views on the latest developments in the regional and international arenas.
