Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, shared the figures in a post on his official X account, citing CNBC Arabia. He stated, “Today I reviewed the UAE’s foreign trade report for the first nine months of 2026. For the first time, our foreign trade is approaching 3 trillion dirhams over nine months, up 10% from the previous year. Our exports to the top ten trading partners increased by 31% compared to last year.”

The Vice President added, “In a year marked by numerous economic and political challenges and shifts in global trade flows, the UAE remains a central hub for international trade. It continues to respond flexibly and efficiently to all surrounding changes, strengthening its network of relationships, expanding its export markets, and charting its unique, accelerated path toward sustainable economic growth.”

He concluded, “An achievement we congratulate the President of the State, all national teams, and our partners who bet on our success.”
