The Central Agency for Addressing the Status of Illegal Residents and the Public Authority for Social Insurance agreed today, Sunday, to complete and activate the procedures for automated linkage between the two entities, thereby contributing to enhanced data exchange, improved services, and faster processing of transactions.
In a press statement, the Central Agency said this came during a coordination meeting following a meeting between the Agency’s Chairman, Saleh Al-Fadlallah, and the Acting Deputy Director General of Social Insurance for Insurance Affairs and Automated Systems, Salama bin Salama.
It clarified that the meeting was chaired by the Acting Secretary-General of the Agency, Brigadier General Dr. Sharif Al-Kandari, and attended by several officials and leaders of the Agency and representatives of Social Insurance. The parties discussed areas of cooperation and joint coordination, and reviewed matters of mutual interest.
The Agency added that the meeting underscored the importance of maintaining direct communication and complementary roles between the two sides, overcoming procedural and technical obstacles, and ensuring smooth operations, enhanced performance efficiency, and streamlined procedures in accordance with approved frameworks and regulations.
