Minister of Education: Enhancing Chinese Language Teaching in Educational Institutions - Sarmad

Kuwait’s Minister of Education, Jalal Al-Tabatabai, held talks on Wednesday with Chinese Ambassador to Kuwait Yang Xin on ways to enhance cooperation and coordination in educational and pedagogical fields, contributing to strengthening the distinguished bilateral relations and advancing the shared interests of the two countries.

The Ministry of Education said in a press release that the discussions took place during Minister Al-Tabatabai’s reception of the Chinese ambassador and his accompanying delegation, as part of efforts to bolster bilateral ties and joint cooperation between the two friendly nations.

The ministry clarified that the parties discussed mechanisms for coordinated efforts to promote the teaching of the Chinese language in educational institutions, and to improve the capacity of specialized teachers through support for training and qualification programs and the exchange of educational expertise, thereby contributing to the development of the educational process and raising the standard of Chinese language instruction.

Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing communication and coordination to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two friendly countries.
