Meteorologist Isa Ramadan clarified on Saturday that scattered clouds are spreading over southern and western Kuwait, as well as southern Iraq and central Saudi Arabia, predicting the formation of rain, occasionally thunderous, during the night and early tomorrow morning, God willing.
Ramadan noted on his X (formerly Twitter) account that high humidity levels and the associated sense of fatigue will persist until Monday evening, with their intensity gradually decreasing on Tuesday and Wednesday, before rising again on Thursday and throughout the weekend, accompanied by chances of scattered rainfall.
Concluding his remarks, the meteorologist emphasized that November is a volatile month during which the country experiences intermittent scattered rainfall.
